Let common sense prevail.

and mixed with Biolac formula.

12 Weeks to 6 Months - 3 meals a day
1 meal of Heinz High Protein Cereal mixed with a small amount of minced meat and Biolac
formula. IF your puppy decides he/she does not want cereal earlier do not worry, substitute with
a good quality premium dry food.
2 meals of finely chopped beef/chicken/lamb/turkey with grated raw vegetables or pasta or rice.
Over 6 months - 2 meals a day
1 meat meal with vegetables/pasta/rice.
1 meal of premium quality dry food PLUS one bone a day.
TIPS
Raw is always best - including all meat and vegetables, as cooking destroys its
nutritional value.
Fresh bowl of water available at all times.
BONES - NEVER EVER COOK BONES OF ANY SORT - when cooked
they are brittle and could rupture the stomach. They break tiny teeth and KILL your dog.
Give your puppy a raw bone every day eg. chicken wing, chicken carcus or brisket bone.
3 drops of Pentavite vitamin syrup a day until adult.
Two meals a week add an egg yolk to a minced meal.
Once a week add a teaspoon of acidophilus yoghurt to a minced meal. NB-Yoghurt is
excellent for an upset tummy (a teaspoon every two hours, if not well after 6 hours, a visit
to your local vet is vital!)
Cottage cheese added to a meal is an excellent protein and easily digestable.
Tasty or parmesan cheese added to a meal will encourage a finicky eater and is also an
excellent protein.
We use and recommend the following premium puppy dry foods available from your vet or
pet food outlet.

Eukanuba Puppy
Pro Plan Puppy
